Wingman

News

What's new in Wingman, as it lands. Newest first, or follow along with the feed.

  1. Families and business class

Every watch can now search for up to 9 travellers, adults and children, in any cabin from economy to first. Prices and alerts are the total for everyone.

  2. Fresher prices, and a new home

What Wingman shows you is now searched again first, an alert waits for a fresh price, and Wingman moved to wingmanfares.com.

  3. Ten languages

German, Slovak, Polish, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch join English and Czech, in the apps, the alerts, the emails and on this website.

  4. Smarter searching, more frequent checks

Wingman now spends its searches where prices move, which leaves more of them for the trips coming up. Flexible trips got a price calendar too.

  5. Buy or wait, and Explore

Every price now comes with a verdict and its reasons, and Explore shows where you can fly cheaply from your airport in a given month.

  6. Where to book, side by side

Every flight now shows the best place to book it, and Compare sites lines up Google Flights, Kiwi.com, Aviasales, Trip.com, Skyscanner and Gotogate.

  7. Wingman for iPhone is on its way

A native iPhone app with every route on a 3D globe, boarding passes for the best flights, widgets, a Live Activity and Siri. Same account and same watches as on the web.

  8. Two tickets can be cheaper than one

Wingman now joins separate low-cost flights through a hub, the way Kiwi does, and can price a round trip as one booking. Whichever comes out cheaper wins.

  9. Alerts on your phone, no app needed

Alerts now arrive as notifications on your phone or computer, straight from the browser, with email as a backup.

  10. Meet Wingman

A flight price watcher. Tell it where and when you want to fly, and it keeps searching Google Flights and tells you when a fare drops or a faster flight shows up.
