Wingman

Terms of use

Last updated 15 October 2026

In short: Wingman watches flight prices and tells you about them; it doesn't sell tickets, and it can't promise a price or that every alert arrives. It's free while it's in early access. Use it fairly, and you can leave whenever you like.

About Wingman

Wingman (wingmanfares.com and the app at app.wingmanfares.com) is run by Roman Princ, reachable at hello@wingman.princdev.com. It searches Google Flights for the routes and dates you pick and tells you when it finds a cheaper or faster flight. By creating an account you agree to these terms. The privacy policy explains what happens to your data.

What Wingman is, and isn't

Wingman is an information service. It doesn't sell tickets, isn't a travel agency, and isn't affiliated with Google or any airline. Prices and flights are what Google Flights showed at the time of the search, and they can change or disappear at any moment. What you pay is what the airline or agency you book with charges, so check the details there before you buy.

Your account

Accounts are by invitation for now. An account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself, and write to us if you think someone else has used your account. Use an email address that works: it's how Wingman reaches you.

Price

While Wingman is in early access, every plan is free. If paid plans come, these terms will say how they work, you'll be told by email in advance, and nothing will be charged unless you choose a paid plan and agree to its terms. Each plan has a number of searches a day and a limit on how many dates you can watch at once; the app shows yours.

Fair use

Please don't:

Accounts that do may be suspended.

Availability

Wingman tries to keep running and searching on schedule, but can't guarantee it. Searches depend on Google Flights, which can change or stop answering at any time, and the service can be down for maintenance or because of a problem. Alerts can be late or not arrive at all, so don't rely on Wingman alone for a fare that really matters.

Liability

Wingman is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, there is no liability for losses caused by prices, flights or alerts that were shown or not shown, by the service being unavailable, or for indirect losses. This doesn't limit liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as for harm caused on purpose or through gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

Leaving, and closing accounts

You can stop at any time: delete your account in Settings, and your data is deleted as the privacy policy describes. Your access can be ended if you break these terms. If Wingman closes altogether, you'll hear about it by email at least 30 days in advance, unless the reason makes that impossible.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change, for example when paid plans arrive. Changes that matter are announced by email at least 14 days before they apply. If you don't agree with them, you can delete your account; nothing paid starts without your explicit agreement.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Czech law. If you use Wingman as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, please write first: most things can be sorted out by email.
